Please read below some important information regarding upcoming Pennant Practice matches that have been organised. Players will be required to wear their club uniform for all practice matches.

​Mens/Open Gender  Pennants Practice Matches
Here are the dates for practice matches in October.
Please put your name on the "Unavailable List" in the office if you cannot play these games. If you are not on the list, selectors will assume you are available to play.

Sat 3rd Oct - Intra Club practice @ Morley, 12:30 for 1:00pm start.
Thurs 8th Oct - Intra Club @ Morley, 12:30 for 1:00pm start
Sat 10th Oct - Vs Ellenbrook @ Morley 12:30 for 1:00pm start
Thurs 15th Oct - Vs Ellenbrook @ Ellenbrook 12:30 for 1:00pm start
Sat 17th Oct - Vs Swan @ Morley 12:30 for 1:00pm start
Thurs 22nd Oct - Vs Yokine @ Morley 12:30 for 1:00pm start
Sat 24th Oct - Vs Yokine @ Yokine 12:30 for 1:00pm start
Season commences
Thursday midweek pennants - 29th October
Saturday pennants - 31st October

Ladies/Open Gender Practice Matches
Practice matches have also been organised for Tuesday's Open Gender. 
Tuesday 29th September. At home against Ellenbrook - 9am for a 9.15am start. 
Tuesday 6 October - At Sorrento - 9am start. Sheets are up in the Bowls Office.
Players, please note that teams have been made up for this Tuesday's practice game against Ellenbrook.  These teams do not indicate where you will be playing in the upcoming season. 

Also, there are Intra-Club games organised for Saturdays. Please see sheets in the Bowls Office. 

Social Winter Bowls 
Mufti Pairs this Thursday 24 September
If you fancy a game this Thursday, please get your name down on the registration sheet in the Bowls Office - 12pm for a 12.30pm start. $10 per person. All welcome. Please note that this will be the last Thursday night dinner. (Bombay Hut). Please see Mo or Nigel if you will be attending.

Greens Closed  13 - 15 October 
Just a reminder that our greens will be closed from 13 - 15 October due to the upgrading of external lighting.

Upcoming Club Championship Events 
Here are a few of our upcoming Club Championship events. Sheets are up in the Bowls Office. Please get your teams in or let your club captains know that you would like a partner or to be placed in a team. 
Sunday 4 October - Mixed Pairs  
Please note that due to the MNRC AGM taking place, the Mixed Pairs  will not commence until about 10.30am ish.  All bowling members are encouraged to attend the AGM. 
Sunday 11 October - Mixed Fours 
Wednesday 14 October - 100 Up 
Sunday 18 October - Open Gender Pairs 
Sunday 8 November - Pairs (Men and Women)

Filming of bowlers - Wednesday 23rd September 
The City of Bayswater will be down at the club to interview/film various things that go on at the club this Wednesday 23rd September at 9.30am. Some members have made themselves available to be on hand. If you do not wish to be interviewed, please just let the organisers know.

Mandoon Lunch - Wednesday 18 November
Mo and Nigel are once again organising a lunch at Mandoon Estate on Wednesday, 18 November. This is to support our very generous sponsor,  Mandoon Estate. If you would like to attend, please register your name on the sheet provided in the Bowls Office. This is always a great day out.
