We have just been informed of the passing of two of Morley's past members.

The Morley Bowling Club extends it's deepest sympathy to both families and shares in your loss.

Nomination of Office Bearers

Nominations have now closed and some of the positions have been filled except for the following: These positions will need to be filled if the club wants to move forward. Please seriously consider putting your hand up for one of the following:

President - 2 year term
Men's Match - 4 positions
Men's Selectors - 3 positions
Greens - 4 positions
Social - 1 position (this position would really suit someone that can do a bit of running around, shopping, ordering supplies for our various functions (Wind-up, Australia Day, Sparbier Open Day, Community Bowls, Morley Millions, President's Cup. You do not have to 'run' these events but more help out in the background (with help from other committee members of course).

Wind-Up Lunch/Presentation - Sunday 5 May

Tickets are now available from the Sports Bar. $20 p/head (subsidised). Includes a Buffet lunch and some drinks. Get your tickets now or RSVP to morleybowlingclub@gmail.com. I will need to give final numbers to Donato's Catering by Thursday 2nd May.

The latest 'lie' sheet or selector's report card, or whatever you want to call it, is now up on the Notice Board. Follow the tabs along the bottom for each of the days of pennants. It tells you how you went throughout the season.

Winter Social Pairs (Mufties) - Has commenced

Thursday and Saturdays - 12.30pm for a 1pm start. Sheets are up in the bowls office. If you don't have a partner, just put your name down on the reserve section and I'm sure there will be people chasing partners.
